By enrolling in or accessing any Velaris Academy program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. Your enrolment constitutes full acceptance. If you do not agree, please do not enrol.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of all Velaris Academy courses, websites, content, and services. By accessing our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
2. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer
All content is strictly for educational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Velaris Academy and its instructors are not registered investment advisers under SEBI or any other regulatory body. Students are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and any financial outcomes.
3. Enrolment & Access
Course access is granted upon receipt of full payment. Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access is strictly prohibited. Velaris Academy may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms without refund. Course content and structure may be updated at Velaris Academy's discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, PDFs, charts, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Velaris Academy, protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, record, resell, or share any content in any form. Screenshots and notes may be taken for personal study only. Unauthorised use will result in immediate access termination and may result in legal action.
5. Code of Conduct
Students must maintain respectful, professional conduct in all interactions. Prohibited behaviour includes harassment or abuse, sharing defamatory content, circumventing platform security, and using course communities for unsolicited commercial promotion.
6. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store card details. Invoices will be issued via email upon successful payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velaris Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services, including financial losses from trading activities.
8. Modifications to Terms
Velaris Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
