Refund Policy

All course purchases at Velaris Academy are strictly non-refundable. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstance, except as expressly stated under Section 7 (Course Cancellation by Velaris Academy).

1. General Policy

All fees paid to Velaris Academy are non-refundable once a course purchase is completed. Access to course content, live sessions, mentorship, and all associated materials is granted immediately upon payment — and this access constitutes full delivery of the service purchased.

By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and understood the course details, plan inclusions, and pricing before making payment. We strongly encourage prospective students to review our program descriptions, reach out via WhatsApp or email with any questions, and make an informed decision before purchasing.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 All Sales Are Final

Once a course fee is paid, no refund will be issued — regardless of:

• The amount of course content accessed or remaining.
• A change of mind, personal circumstances, or schedule conflicts.
• Dissatisfaction with course style, pace, or format after purchase.
• Failure to attend live sessions or use mentorship calls included in your plan.
• Technical difficulties on the student's device, browser, or internet connection.

2.2 Applies to All Plans

This no-refund policy applies to all Velaris Academy plans — Starter (₹4,999), Professional (₹9,999), and Elite (₹14,999) — without exception.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• 1-on-1 mentorship sessions that have already been conducted.
• Physical materials such as printed books, once dispatched.
• Fees for live webinars or workshops, once attended.
• Promotional or discounted enrolment fees.
• Payment gateway charges or GST paid.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Velaris Academy does not offer partial refunds. In the rare event of a verified technical failure on our platform preventing access for more than 5 consecutive business days, Velaris Academy will provide an equivalent course extension or compensatory access — not a monetary refund. No cash alternatives will be provided under any circumstances.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@velarisacademy.in with subject: “Refund Request — [Your Full Name]”.

Include your registered email, enrolment date, plan name, and reason. Our team will acknowledge within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
